Just a quick note to say that we are delighted
to be back reselling your ISP services.
In the last few weeks we have worked very closely with Andy on
a project that will deliver approx. 20 business 500 connections
although we do not yet have the order we have been told that the
tech director is making a recommendation to the MD and FD to go
with us, expect the order within 2 weeks.
The ability to work in such an open and frank manner with both
Andy's will have been instrumental in our ability to secure this
order.
Last night I installed a home 500 for one of our clients, when
I tried to connect to the service I kept getting an Auth failure,
I rang your offices from the clients home at about 6:45 and got
an answerphone, I left a message and Martin rang me back straight
away.
This level of Service is exactly what we have missed over the
last 18 months and is precisely why we have now decided to place
all new ADSL business with Link Connect.
You have a great team at Link Connect and we are very plaesed
to be working with them again
