mailboxes per customer, which is suitable for the vast
majority, but if you would like to have more we can
arrange this as an upgraded service. |

to configure your email client software accordingly.

Yes but in order to do
this you need to own your own unique domain name.
You can access your mail through any browser. You will
receive details when you set up your email account on
your own domain name. |

| Is there an upper limit placed
on file sizes for email attachments and File Transfer
Protocol (FTP)? |

LCBroadband does have a
limit of 5mb to the size of email attachments but no
limit in FTP file sizes. However, there is an overall
limit on the amount of web space you are allowed (200MB). |

| Can I keep and use my current
e-mail address and use it with my LCBroadband product?

Yes, providing you keep
your subscription and configure your 'Outlook Express'
mail account servers to only retrieve these e-mails.
In order to send emails using your existing account
you will have to connect to your existing provider or
access them using web mail if available.
Please be aware you will only be able to send email
via your broadband connection when using your LCBroadband
email account settings. |
